Money In Sport is the leading sports business conference. Its job is uniting industry leaders & decision makers from around the world under the one roof. Now as a sports nuffie myself, it was cool to hear from delegates representing the biggest sporting organisations on earth. I’m talking the FIFA, the NFL (US), La Liga (Spain), the Australian Olympic Committee. Add to that the NHL (San Jose Sharks), US Women’s National League Soccer (Angel City FC), Football Australia an more. Honestly so many people from the media, agents, and governing bodies present. And of course The Star Broadbeach was a superb venue to host the 2023 Money In Sport conference.

The format of the day was panel discussions hosted by a variety of media commentators. The theme of the Money In Sport conference this year revolved around the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup in Australia and New Zealand, and how the tournament can be used to provide better opportunities for young women and girls in the Oceania region. In turn, leveraging that growth and momentum with an eye on the 2032 Brisbane Olympic Games. My role at the Money In Sport Conference was to ensure an engaging image of each person on the panel. This was in addition to capturing more documentary style candids during networking and breakout sessions, plus social, sponsor branding and room shots showing the full set up in action.
